We chose to work with Vijay after being referred to by our common acquaintance. We were not first time home owners,  and we have seen the difference between being mediocre and someone who excels in their job. Vijay is the latter. Being in Sales, we very much appreciate his ability to handle customers or clients in a way that is best suited for the individual.

Vijay Aivalli was very much aligned with our needs versus wants, and in tune with our likes and dislikes.  My wife and I had a number of options we were considering; price, homes, semis and even condos were on the table.  Vijay found places in neighbourhoods that met all of our criteria, and happily showed us more when it wasn't the right fit. Most of all, we appreciated Vijay's honesty.  He was great at pointing all the features and benefits, but also potential flaws that may not have been ideal for us. Vijay found us the perfect home, in the perfect area.  We couldn't be happier, and we enjoyed going through this experience with such a professional and personable person.

Vijay also rented our townhouse in a way that was not only convenient to us but also in a professional way to bring in a great tenant and fair market price.

And he, being a Mortgage Agent as well, did our Mortgage too to our full satisfaction!
